For the month of November 2013, there were 226 sales in Regina with an average sale price of $327,680. Theses 226 sales took an average of 38 days to sell.
During this month there were 177 single family homes that sold with an average sale price of $345,099 and 41 condos that sold with an average sale price of $267,538.
For the beginning of December we will be starting with 906 properties for sale in Regina with an average listing price of $350,413.
