Regina Real Estate Weekly Update

Regina real estate sales were strong for the week of June 1st to June 7th.  There were a total of 95 sales this week in Regina.  During this same week there 190 new listings added to the system bringing the total number of homes and condos for sale in Regina to a total of 896 properties with an average asking price of $352,198. 

At the end of this week there also 87 properties that have conditional offers on them.

Overall the Regina real estate market may be turning into a buyer’s market.  This is highest number of properties for sale for some time.
