Regina real estate was hot this week!

Great week for sellers in Regina.  This week there were 91 sales with an average sale price of $348,513.00.

This is about 30 sales higher than any other week; we usually average around 60 sales a week.

Starting the week there are 544 residential properties and 246 condos reported for sale on our local MLS board.
