This is an update of what's going on with the prices in Regina to the end of June 2014.
The average sale in June was $324,218.
Average sale price in May was $326,291.
It took 37 days on average to sell a property in Regina in the month of June.
As of the 1st of July there were 913 residential homes for sale in Regina, plus 378 condos listed for sale on the Multiple Listing system.
So as you can see by the number prices are starting to drop because of the high number of listings on the market.
What does this mean to you as a buyer?
1 - Your dollar will now buy you more "house" because of the number of price of reductions.
2 - You will be able to negotiate a lower price, because of the number of properties for sale.
If you are interested in buying a home, give me a call and let's book a time that we can sit down and
take a look at your housing needs and make a plan of action to find you the right home or condo.
Call me, text me or email me, but let's get together.
