The real estate market for Regina in April 2015 was down from April of 2104. During the month of April there were 211 residential homes sold for an average sale price of $353,629.00 and these properties sold in an average of 35 days which is right on par with April of 2014.
During that same month there were only 47 condos sold for an average sale price of $265,466 and these condos sold in an average of 65 days.
Overall the real estate market has a huge supply of listings on the system (1399) along with the builder’s homes that are not on the MLS system.
