The number of sales in Regina for the month of April 2013 was down by 74 transactions from the April of 2012. The difference is the average sale price. In April of 2103 the average selling price in Regina area only was $318,755, a bit less from the same time in 2012.
Breaking this down a little bit more it shows that the average sale price for the 215 residential single family home that sold was $355, 144 and the average sale of the 55 condo’s that sold in April was $270,461.
